BETTER Mission Sandmaster and MCM Mud Master style Centrifugal Pumps6x5x14 with Short Frame Hydraulic Motor Driven

BETTER BT-SB Sandmaster series centrifugal pumps are designed with all of the features of the standard model, but it has more compact frame and can be adapted for hydraulic motor drive. These features make it ideal for use in application such as oilfield fracturing truck, cementing, charging pump for water well drilling. The frame and shaft has been shorten 4” to compare with the general series. It is a choice when space is a premium and prime mover options and limited.
 
Common Application
•Mix and transfer abrasive fluids for drilling industry;
•Applied in Barite, ferric oxide, mineral oil, base drilling mud, glass fibers, sugar processing, Ash or coal conveyers, cement, mine de-watering, lime slurries, kaolin clay, crystalline forms;
•Best choice for solid control system or mud cleaning system for land and offshore drilling rigs;
•Size ranges from 3x2x13, 4x3x13, 5x4x14, 6x5x11, 6x5x14, 8x6x14, 10x8x14 to 14x12x22. Bare pumps, horizontal packages, and overhead belt drive type are available. Explosion-proof electric motors are available up to 350HP, in 1150, 1450, 1750 RPM at 50Hz or 60Hz.
 
 
 

The BETTER BT-SB centrifugal sand pumps is manufactured from wear resistant materials, and can be used to handle abrasive cements and drilling fluids in drilling, production, well-servicing, and industrial application. The combination of wear resistant fluid end, mechanical seal and heavy duty power end provides the prolonged service life. The unified power ends in the series simplify the maintaining procedures, reduce the operation cost and spare parts stocked.

BETTER heavy-duty centrifugal pumps – Mission Spacesaver style
It has a very small foot print for applications where space is a premium. These heavy duty pumps require minimum mounting space and are close-coupled, eliminating couplings and coupling alignment considerations. The SpaceSaver pump has proven in mud pump liner coolant service, general rig water supply, micro-tunneling mud mixing and a variety of additional applications.  3 rings of conventional packing back up standard mechanical seal to provide the utmost reliability and minimal maintenance. Sizes from 1x1½ to 3x4.
