Product Description
Model XQ89/3C hydraulic power tong is a special device for well service, which is used to make up and break out tubing thread. Driven by hydraulic motor with low speed and large torque, and manual control valve matching with motor simply. It’s a lighter hydraulic power tong. Compared with the other makers, BETTER ’s hydraulic power tong features simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance and long service life.
●The tong head uses inner curved roller climbing and clipping mechanism. No need to change any parts when making up or breaking out the tubing thread of “27/8″”or“31/2″”.
● High speed with high gear and large torque with low gear.
●Upper brake mechanism, easy to adjust and repair.
●The hydraulic motor combines the backup tong and master tong. The combined tong can clamp and loose simultaneously when operating the manual control valve of master tong.
● Gain torque when clamping and loosing various tube by adjusting pressure.
