Product Description
Model XQ29/1.8Y hydraulic power tong is an open type power tong, which for making up and breaking out sucker rod’s joint casing thread. And the model XQ29/2.6 hydraulic power tong is an improved type of XQ29/1.8, which is with bi-directional jaw systems.
●The master tong is driven by low-speed large-torque hydraulic motor, and the control valve matches with motor directly. Simple structure, compact and lightweight are the key features.
● The backup tong will automatically clip or simultaneously loosen the sucker rod when turning the control valve on the master tong.
●The master tong and backup tong use the inner curved roller climbing and bi-direction clipping mechanism. Just need to reverse the knob on master tong and backup tong when clipping.
● Change different size dies and clip different specification sucker rod’s joint or tubing.
● High efficiency at low-speed or high-speed working.
