BONDED URETHANE PISTONS Constructed of urethane, bonded to a solid metal hub. Double durometer urethane is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures. Features

• Maximum operating temperature is 180°F

REPLACEABLE RUBBER PISTON
Composed of 40Cr forged piston hub, nitrile rubber, plate and snap ring. This piston's maximum pressure capability is due to this oil, water and heat resistant material. These pistons are fully interchangeable with most other manufacturers, which are one of the oldest and most widely used piston styles worldwide.
The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds, the fabric-backed heel provides additional stiffness which acts as a reservoir to hold and distribute liner-wash fluid to the piston-seal area. Available sizes are from 3″ through 8"and series are A, B, K and L.
PISTON RUBBER KIT: Composed with rubber, snap ring, and plate.
Duplex pistons are used for duplex mud pump.
